Todd Stepsis is in his fifth season as defensive backs coach and assistant athletic director at Capital.

Stepsis played four seasons of football at Ashland College before joining Jim Bickel as an assistant coach at Otterbein College.  After two seasons at Otterbein, Stepsis moved with Bickel to Capital.

Aside from his coaching duties, the Shelby, Ohio, native is also an assistant athletic director responsible of game management of Capital's winter sports (men's and women's basketball and indoor track & field).

Stepsis and his wife Nicole , and daughter, Zoe, reside in Westerville.
